We are seeking an experienced Expansion Advisor. This opportunity involves building and growing an independent online business in the field of personal growth and leadership education. You will work with established digital tools and proven strategies to connect with people seeking change, improvement, and direction

.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply personal development frameworks and leadership strategies in your day-to-day work
  • Lead structured interviews and candidate evaluations to identify and onboard high-performing individuals aligned with our culture and mission.
  • Use digital platforms to reach and engage individuals interested in growth
  • Manage professional content across social media platforms, and promote program engagement (comprehensive digital training provided).
  • Partner with individuals and teams to set measurable goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability for success outcomes.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients to foster collaboration and collective achievement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and communication capabilities.

Qualifications and experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience in project management, human resources, organizational development, people leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills with a people-centered mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong interest in personal growth, mindset, and leadership education.
  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and goal-driven.
