To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager ready to take ownership of key accounts and play a central role in their digital success.

Your role

As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner of your clients — managing major accounts, defining digital strategies, and ensuring their long-term success.

You'll work hand in hand with our creative, media, and tech teams to turn ideas into measurable results.

Your missions

Strategy & client relationship

  • Define and implement digital strategies (marketing, acquisition, conversion, visibility, etc.) with your team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor — anticipate client needs and turn insights into opportunities.

  • Prepare proposals and present them with impact and confidence.

  • Track KPIs and ensure objectives are met.

  • Build long-term, value-driven client relationships.

Project management & performance

  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from briefing to delivery.

  • Write creative and technical briefs and ensure smooth collaboration between teams (web, design, media, social).

  • Manage budgets and reporting, identifying optimizations to maximize ROI.

Your profile

  • Degree in digital marketing or communication.

  • 7+ years' experience managing digital projects and clients within an agency environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems:

- Data & analytics (Google Analytics, GA4)

- Media buying (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, other channels)

- Automation & CRM

  • Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset.

  • Curious, agile, and always up to date with the latest digital trends.

  • Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
