**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du führst die Finanzbuchhaltung der Schweizer Gesellschaft nach Swiss GAAP FER und IFRS
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Abwicklung der Monats-,Quartals und Jahresabschlüsse
- Du pflegst den Kontakt zur Revisionsstelle und fungierst als erste Ansprechperson für diese
- Du kennst Dich in der Aufbereitung und Entwicklung von Reportings aus, erstellst selbständig Auswertungen und interpretierst diese
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Sicherstellung einer effektiven Cashflow-Planung und von Cashflow-Prognosen
- Du unterstützt und führst das Team bestehend aus fünf Personen in fachlichen Themen
- Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen (Stufe Eidg. FA) oder einen Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finance
- Du bringst (erste) mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung des Rechnungswesens und eine hohe Abschlusssicherheit mit
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office mit und bist versiert im Umgang mit SAP
- Du bringst ein hohes Mass an Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
- Dein vernetztes Denken setzt du dazu ein, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen, Schwachstellen aufzudecken und die Abläufe zu optimieren
