**Position** : Head of Finance and Accounting

**Occupation rate** : 100% Full time

**Location** : Zürich

**Reports to** : Chief Financial Officer

**Scope** : FlowBank SA and Subsidiaries

**Purpose & Mission** : Lead the Finance & Accounting Team

**Duties**
- Responsible for the monthly accounting process for the Bank and its Subsidiaries
- Consolidation of the Financial Group
- Preparation of the Annual and Semi-Annual accounts for all Entities and the Consolidated Group
- Responsible for Budget and Forecast Process
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and applicable accounting standards
- Ensure timely filing of Tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT...)
- Liaise with External Auditors
- Partners with Technology on Project related matters

**Skills & Qualifications**
- At least 7 years within the Financial Industry
- University degree, ideally qualified Accountant
- Proactive and able to take initiatives
- Great sense of Organization
- Pragmatic with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Management
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fluent in English and/or German - French would be considered as an asset
