**Finance Manager / Head of Finance (a)**
**Dies wird Ihr Wirkungsbereich**
- Verantwortlich für die Buchhaltung und das Controlling
- Erstellung der Monats-/Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER, OR sowie IFRS (inkl. Konsolidierung)
- Verantwortung für Kostenallokationen und deren Verrechnungen
- Erstellung der Steuererklärung, Reportings zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat
- Verantwortlich für Liquiditätsplanung und finanzielle Erwartungsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Budgets sowie Ad hoc-Analysen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Jahresrevisionen
- Fachliche und personelle Führung von 5-10 Mitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen
**Dies bringen Sie mit**
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Berufsbildung mit entsprechenden Weiterbildungen (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Experte Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung
- Bilanz
- und Abschlusssicherheit (OR & Swiss GAAP FER & IFRS)
- Versiert im Umgang mit Abacus von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Projektmanagement, Revisionen und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen sowie interne Kontrollen
- Hohe IT-Affinität, Leistungsbereitschaft, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
