Our state-of-the-art products have been validated to help the entire semiconductor supply chain, including components, materials, wafers, equipment, and chip fabs, in ensuring quality control by detecting and identifying previously undetected or unknown contaminations. By minimizing wasted chips, often exceeding 50%, we not only increase profitability for chip makers but also contribute to reducing waste and CO2 emissions.

Role Overview: As the Finance Manager at UNISERS AG, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and implementing efficient processes for our early stage start-up. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by a manufacturing company developing machines while simultaneously building an international organization. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing suitable financial processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, with the potential to advance to senior leadership positions, including the possibility of assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as we continue to expand and scale our operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement financial processes to support UNISERS AG's business objectives
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Provide oversight and analysis of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management
- Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective ERP system to support financial operations and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Support fundraising efforts and future financing rounds

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in financial operations, preferably in a start-up environment
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by equipment manufacturing companies
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement financial processes aligned with business goals
- Proficient in financial planning, cost control, and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory management, ERP systems, and supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Solid knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
