The starting date is as soon as possible, and the work location is in the heart of Zurich in our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Responsibilities**
- Build a security operations practice within Crypto Finance Group, and act as single point of contact for managed security service providers
- Collaborate with Deutsche Börse Group Security Operations as the parent organisation of Crypto Finance Group
- Protect the organisation’s digital assets and systems by detecting, qualifying, and preventing cyber threats
- Own and manage IT security threats and security events and incidents across the entire lifecycle, including acting as a single point of contact within the organisation and coordinating internal resources for incident resolution
- Design, implement and maintain a state-of-the-art IT security environment in collaboration with the Crypto Finance CISO, ensuring that it meets business requirements
- Collaborate with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive endpoint detection and response (EDR), logging and monitoring capabilities across Crypto Finance multi-cloud and on-premise estate
- Design, implement, and maintain an end-to-end security incident and event management (SIEM) solution that meets the company’s IT security requirements

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in security analytics and security incident management
- Academic or professional degree in IT security, computer science, or a related field
- Strong communication and crisis management skills, including the ability to work well under pressure and escalate appropriately
- Experience with EDR and SIEM tools in heterogeneous multi-cloud and on-premise environments, preferably MS Defender ATP and MS Sentinel
- Ability to deliver both as an individual and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and risk awareness
- Knowledge in blockchain technologies and crypto assets is a plus
- Language skills: English professional proficiency / German is a plus
