**Finance Manager at Cultural Care Au Pair (“CCAP”)**

We are now recruiting a Finance Manager for our Zurich, Switzerland, office. We are looking for a driven and communicative person who shares our core values. **Your challenge**
- Day-to-day accounting responsibilities of an international company
- Manage monthly, quarterly closings as well as yearly audits and related reporting
- Lead process improvements and other internal projects
- Work closely with the business and your different stakeholders
- Support with budgets and business decisions
- Produce financial reports and statements on a regular basis
- Supervise & develop team, analyzing and improving team performance in term of quality and accuracy for finance process.
- Communicate with external advisers and auditors

**Your background**

You have minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or similar and five or more years of experience in the field of accounting or audit. You have the ability to structure, plan and prioritize work in order to deliver against deadlines and a strong understanding of accounting, finance and management principles. and possess excellent analytical skills. Previous experience from streamlining and delivering financial services would be an asset.

**Personal qualities**

You have presence and charisma that make people follow you. You need to have excellent communication and social skills and to be able to work in English (written & verbal) and interact with all levels of the organization. Competencies in other languages than English is considered a plus. Most importantly, you have a positive personality, an inner drive for continuous improvement and excellent interpersonal skills.
