It truly has never been so simple and affordable to find, shop and get a car for a monthly payment, all from the comfort of your own home. With sales doubling each month we are looking for someone to join our finance team in Zurich and we are looking for that person who has a hands on mindset and can think outside of the box.
Tasks
We are looking for a passionate and talented person to lead the finance department and grow our business with us. We are not necessarily looking for the most experienced person however we value passionate and honest people that are driven to make the role their own and drive innovation.
**On a daily basis you will**:
- Consolidate and control payment in and out flows of the company together with our finance and accounting team
- Manage a team of junior finance people
- Grow the finance department and the gowago business case directly with the CEO
- Report on key performance indicators to the company and its stakeholders
- Coordinate strategic financial plan process including expenses, income, objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, and other elements
**Requirements**:
**More specifically the following qualities are necessary**:
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Precision is your middle name
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance related roll
- Is fully comfortable reading balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports and knows financial KPIs
- Personal integrity; ability to keep client and company confidences
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and open to feedback
- Fluent in English, German a plus
