The position is made for a professional in impact/development finance with a strong personal stake in this specialized industry.

**Your Main Tasks**
- Lead all operational topics of the Climate Finance Business Line and support the Head of Climate Finance in the organization of the business line
- Lead the implementation of new climate funds in coordination with the Head of Climate Finance and the fund managers
- Be the go-to person for all non-investments topics of the Climate Finance Business Line
- GCPF-specific:

- Be the key contact person to the GCPF Board of Directors and other external stakeholders for all non-investments topics in tandem with responsAbility's Product Management team.
- Coordinate fund management activities between all teams involved in the management of the GCPF.
- Lead the fund liability management (fundraising, renewals, fund structure) in coordination with responsAbility’s Portfolio Strategy team.
- Lead the fund’s reporting, including quarterly reports, E&S reports, impact reporting, with the support of various investment, product management, and impact / ESG teams
- Lead the GCPF annual business planning exercise and monitor target achievements, internally and externally.
- Manage the GCPF website.
- Prepare, attend, and contribute to GCPF board meetings, and lead follow-up actions.
- Draft and/or validate all papers shared with the GCPF Board of Directors or shareholders.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- You have at least 10 years of experience in impact/development finance in a fund management position (private debt). Your experience is supported with a university level degree in Business Administration or Finance or a comparable educational background.
- You have experience in dealing with board of directors and with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
- You understand GHG accounting, IFC PS, renewable energy and energy efficiency.
- You have a strong interest in climate mitigation topics, and you understand the credit business with financial institutions and climate investees.
- You are diplomatic, creative and are able to think strategically.
- You are perceived as a professional with very good presentation skills and someone who can convey a message clearly and with passion.
- Your analytical, project management, and organizational skills are top-notch and you operate easily in and enjoy working with various teams and in a multi-stakeholder environment.
