Wir suchen in unserem Finanzteam ein*e Head* of Accounting mit Ideen, Innovationsgeist und Freude an Neuem - per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Ihr Wirkungsbereich:
Coaching, fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams von rund 9 Personen

Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse der der drei Gesellschaften und der Konzernrechnung nach OR

Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse unserer Stiftung gemäss Swiss GAAP FER 26

Erstellung der Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse der internen Genossenschaft

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der jährlichen Zwischen
- und Schlussrevision sowie der Mehrwertsteuer
- und Steuerrevision

Einhaltung und Überprüfung sämtlicher Gesetzesgrundlagen im Bereich Accounting, Anlagebuchhaltung, OR, Rechnungsvorschriften etc. sowie des internen Kontrollsystems

Auf
- und Ausbau bzw. Einhaltung des internen Accounting Manuals

Leitung sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten

Gestaltung von neuen sowie Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprozessen

IT-Affin (MS-Office, ERP-System, BI)

Stilsicher in Deutsch - zusätzliche Französischkenntnisse freuen uns

Versiert in den Bereichen Konsolidierung, Steuergesetzgebung und Rechnungslegungsvorschriften

Fundierter Erfahrungsschatz im Bereich Accounting in ähnlicher Funktion
