Your mission at Climeworks is to lead and grow the accounting team in a high-growth environment.
- You oversee and ensure the process accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payables and receivables across the group.
- You coordinate and lead monthly and annual closings as well as the annual audit across all Climeworks entities (currently 5).
- You are in control of the quarterly CH / DE VAT declaration, the yearly corporate tax declaration and other tax issues.
- You are in charge of the accounting processes in the ERP System and their improvements.
- You support in preparing internal and external reports and work closely with our lead controller.

You have completed a professional certificate in accounting or equivalent education (Eidg. Fachausweis). A B.A. in Business Administration / Accounting or similar and additional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA) are a plus.
- You have more than 7 years of work experience in accounting in an international corporate environment including experience with leading and growing teams.
- You have good knowledge and experience working with accounting under the Swiss CO (OR) and Swiss GAAP FER. Experience with IFRS is a plus.
- You have a structured working style, an eye for details and a talent for organization.
- You have good communication skills and the ability to work in a high-growth environment.
- You are fluent in English and German.
