**Pricing Manager - EL Service Division**:

This position is accountable for the Price realization. Oversees the implementation of programs and processes to maximize margin and volume in support of the Company's business plan. Responsible for evaluating business opportunities which directly impacts ELSE volume and operating earning objectives.

**This position reports to**:
Global Marketing Manager of the ELSE Division.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support PM in the definition of correct price positioning strategies according with the product lifecycle stage and market pricing levels
- Ensures proper internal transfer pricing across divisions
- Track and monitor key pricing realization metrics (NPV, TPV, gross margin, among others)
- Provides analytics of pricing scenarios by region.
- Oversees (Collaborates with the regional M&S leaders in) the implementation of programs and processes to maximize margin and volume in support of the company’s business plan.
- Manage entire price waterfall
- Own the pricing delegation of authority, balance sales team empowerment with controllership
- Responsible for development, implementation or managing of Price optimization tools.

**Your background**:

- 8 years + of Price Management exposure
- Successful completion of a Business Degree
- Pricing theorist
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinker
- Process improvement oriented
- Project management experience, drive for results attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
