Global Head of Pricing

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with a cross functional team of business line management, product management, finance, service, sales & marketing to develop, implement and manage pricing for new product introductions (NPI) (specially for software products, SaaS model) and adjust pricing for current products in portfolios.
- Develop a marketing and product launch plan in close coordination with commercial teams.
- Drive quantitative pricing & customer research, including conjoint analysis, economic value drivers, and customer perception interviews.
- Define product license entitlement and drive all associated business requirements for subscription management enablement.
- Identify new packaging and bundling opportunity for sales motion and increase platform penetration
- Communicate with key stakeholders and document product sales and price realization during new product introduction period.
- Conduct market research and develop financial models for NPIs using cost inputs from finance, sales, and product management team.
- Present results and ensures pricing is calibrated on a portfolio level.
- Capture and provide business and competitive intelligence in relation to products and how they are valued and placed in competitive market segments.
- Lead pricing for Software and Hardware products to drive efficiency and process improvement. Identify, design and lead projects intended to create efficiencies, standardize business practices, drive process improvements, and deliver high impact analysis for decision making.
- Responsible for defining NPI pricing methodologies and incorporating steps in product development stage gate process.
- Define track & measure KPIs and drive actionable decision insights on pricing performance and implement continuous optimization plan.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA, CPP, or equivalent experience as a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, hardware & software pricing
- Experience and knowledge about digital/software tools (SAAS) is a must
- Deep experience in product launch and pricing knowledge is required
- Hands-on ability with analytical tools & systems; Be comfortable with dealing with large sets of data
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations
- Passionate, high-energy, impactful team-player.
- Global mind-set, inter-cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
