Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**: This role will be responsible for creating end to end pricing processes and tools landscape, incorporating pricing into quote to order processes and providing business requirements for pricing tools specification. This new role is designed to create pricing differentiation and improve competitiveness in our end to end business **Your responsibilities**: - Manage pricing master data, align on its key principles and execute across MOSE business to ensure data quality and comparability. - Team up with Sales Excellence Team on quote-to-order process to harmonize pricing approach. Actively participate in quote-to-order tools development. - Prepare mapping of "as is" end-to-end pricing processes. Identify gaps and areas for improvement. Prepare the proposal of targeted process landscape. - Active involvement in Commercial Policy development including definition of pricing topics: e.g.: Price Waterfall rules, discount guidance, pricing KPIs. - Prepare mapping of “as is” end-to-end pricing tools and come up with proposal of targeted tools landscape. - Drive the specification development of tools within a pricing context. - Evaluate current pricing tools including Vendavo software Price Point and check other external software opportunities. Come up with recommendation. - Partner with Pricing Deployment Manager and build collaboration with countries during transformation. - Establish close collaboration with key business stakeholders: Sales, Product Management, Finance. **Your background**: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation. - You possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Leverage critical thinking and problem solving skills to develop and implement streamlined and compliant business processes and systematic solutions with multiple stakeholder interests. - Pricing certification would be a plus. - Project Management experience would be an advantage. - Collaborative and team spirit approach. - Be an advocate of Motion Services business. **More about us**:
