**Global Sales Pricing Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will lead the development, support, and maintenance of the Global List Price Systems, process and data leveraged and served by energy division.

**This position reports to**:
Director, Global Strategic Pricing

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work in a cross divisional team to establish list price for existing and new products.
- Work with internal businesses and product producing factories across different divisions within the segment.
- Capture and provide business and competitive intelligence in relation to commercial deal terms and structures.
- Inform and influence key pricing decisions.
- Responsible for creating a global list price structure
- Provide leadership and guidance price increases and leveraging tools.
- Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies in the process
- Drive analytics and report metrics and KPIs for the pricing function in the business - work with different teams to set standard templates, dashboard to communicate metrics on a regular basis.
- Own and manage entire price increase process, which would involve taking input from different team, running analysis, coming up with recommendations and manage communications across different regions, and partners

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA, CPP, or equivalent experience is considered as a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in in product and pricing knowledge is required, supporting negotiating and approving commercial deal structures
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken);
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations
- Thorough understanding of systems solutions business in energy industries including Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Refining and Power Generation.
- Robust functional expertise and career experience in sales, sales support and strategy & business development with business and financial acumen for leading commercial negotiations and agreements.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
