**Product Marketing Manager - Cyber Security, Digital**:

In this role you will be responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and launch excellence for the Cyber Security portfolio, in Process Automation Industrial Software Solution business area globally. You will develop the market strategy for the portfolio, provide input to the product roadmap process, participate in the NPD process to ensure successful product launches and campaigns with key assets and sales enablement.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving the launch excellence and marketing strategy for the Cyber Security offering across the digital solutions portfolio
- Leading the launch excellence program and standardization for full digital portfolio through the end-to-end gate model
- Identifying and Implementing marketing strategy including pricing for the digital portfolio and responsible for competitor analysis & market research
- Driving product positioning and product features to spotlight and empowers the sales team with clear value propositions
- Developing user personas, mapping out each step of the customer journey and identifying assets that support value messaging that resonate with the target audience and support the customer decision process.
- Owning the go-to-market strategy, and together with marcom, plans marketing campaigns, events, external interviews, industry awards/assessment preparations
- Supporting go-to-market teams such as sales, solution consulting, customer support, customer success, and account management
- Driving digital talent and culture, be an advisor on digital transformation both internally and externally
- Leading sales enablement programs together with consulting teams to deliver product training for increased portfolio adoption internally

**Your background**:

- Up to 10 years’ experience in the OT / software industry with focus on digitalization and the Internet of Things, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related technical field.Master’s Degree in Business Administration or technical field would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of solutions covering industrial operations Cyber Security including system assessments, system hardening consulting, project implementations, monitoring and maintenance services
- Experience in the industrial software environment; Industry exposure preferred experience and background in either one or more of the Division industrial domains of Mining, Aluminum, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage and Discrete Industries
- Proven experience in driving digital solutions marketing for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation)
- Understanding and implementation of product marketing processes, market strategy, product pricing, NPD gate process and incorporating VOCs into the agile requirements process
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel internationally as required
