As a** Product Marketing Manager**, you will be a critical member of Beekeeper's go-to-market team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and in close collaboration with product, sales, and the rest of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and rolling out winning strategies to position Beekeeper as the solution that transforms the way frontline businesses work. You will ensure our product is positioned to grow Beekeeper's share of our target markets. And you will equip our sales teams to close deals faster.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare and implement go-to-market plans for new product features and packages
- Develop positioning & messaging to ensure that feature releases and packages are well received by customers and prospects, leading to high usage
- Develop strong use cases that are relevant to customers and prospects
- Turn technical language from the product team into clear and simple copy
- Enable the sales team with training and materials to help them educate prospects and customers and sell our product
- Support the Customer Success Team with product collateral (presentations, in-app promotion, video) and customer communications
- Prioritize plans and workload to focus on the areas of biggest impact
- Analyze competitors, maintain competitor score cards and train the sales team on competitive intelligence
- Act as the Beekeeper brand ambassador to ensure communications are aligned, consistent and on brand

**What we look for in you**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a B2B SaaS product marketing role
- Experience developing positioning and messaging
- Experience taking products to market
- Proven ability to write and design engaging and inspiring customer facing communications
- Project management experience and great organizational skills
- Excellent copywriting skills (native or bilingual proficiency in English)
- Working knowledge of image/video editing techniques
- Working knowledge of layout design
- Experience of working with brand guidelines
- Exceptional team player and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of working with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Confluence and digital content development tools (ex: Canva, screenflow, etc.)

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience leading teams across multiple time zones
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Product-led growth experience
- Great storytelling & presentation skills: you're naturally persuasive and know how to formulate a winning pitch. You communicate concisely, and reject jargon in favor of clarity.
