**About the team**

We are a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers that are passionate about solving customer problems along the travel journey in an effective and delightful way. We combine empathy, our craft, and creativity to create valuable, usable, and delightful product experiences.

Working across our FinTech domain, you'll be contributing to our customer's ticketing, booking management and meeting point/pickup experiences - in other words, extremely important parts of the user flow that ensure all of our customers can book incredible experiences with ease and joy. You'll focus on improving and optimising our shopping cart, checkout, flexibility and related payment and confirmation flow across all device touch-points, as well as post-booking experiences, supporting add-ons and rebooking user flows. You will work closely with the Product Designer, Product Manager and Engineering Manager in the FinTech mission team to build industry-leading booking and payments experiences.

**About the role**

We're looking for an experienced Content Designer to delight our customers with exceptional communication and content strategy throughout our Checkout experiences. This person is a creative problem solver who's passionate about digital products and making the technical feel human and authentic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems and improve our user experience.
- Draw actionable insights from data and user research to inform your writing and UX decisions. Run simple user research yourself if needed.
- Help define, apply, and maintain language standards and interaction patterns, and drive consistency in GetYourGuide's voice.
- Develop a strong, customer-focused point of view on our product and where it's headed. Advocate for customer needs and your vision in a collaborative way.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 3 years of Content Design experience for digital products, apps, or eCommerce, including writing for translation.
- You have a native level of fluency in English.
- You've got a portfolio of relevant work that shows your process and approach.
- You thrive in a fast-moving and highly collaborative organization.
- You can find a meaningful balance between optimizing for speed, quality, and doing risky, but interesting work.
