We are looking for a passionate and talented UX / Product Designer to help us evolve our products and disrupt car ownership.

About You

As a UX / Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with the product team, developers, the marketing team, and a wide range of teams to understand the business opportunities and the inherent user problems. Mobility is a complex space with room to explore innovative solutions by flexing your research, design thinking, and interaction design skills.

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify user pain points related to business opportunities and collaborate with the product team to design holistic experiences to address those pain points.
- Analyze existing data to define hypotheses about problems that users may have. Verify hypotheses that are related to user behavior on the website.
- Good understanding of market needs and ideating potential solutions to those needs.
- Research, design, prototype, and build flows and experiences
- Create designs based on our design systems, style guide, and the specifications/requirements outlined for product goals and expected outcomes
- Advocate for the user and product-market fit that inspires the wider company to push beyond the status quo.
- Work with product, operations, business leaders, and marketing to identify and prioritize opportunities for existing products and new initiatives.
- Bring multiple stakeholders along the journey while you solve user problems for the business.

**Requirements**:
The Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Designer role
- A portfolio demonstrating your impact in the development of digital products using user-centered methods, skills, and tools.
- Experience ideating, producing and testing multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes.
- Deep curiosity for the business and the user.
- Research methodologies and best practices.
- Skills in communicating your concepts and promoting their potential positive impact.
- A willingness to fail, learn and share your findings with your colleagues.
- Ego-free and earnest—you welcome candid feedback and constructively give it.
- You’re a motivated self-starter who’s ready to kick-ass and tackle the uncharted future of car ownership.

The Nice-to-Haves
- Fluent in German and/or French
- E-Commerce experience
