Stratos Technologies AG is a Swiss IT start-up founded in 2016 and based in Zurich. We digitize and automate processes in the automotive industry. Our international customers include well-known car manufacturers, full-service leasing companies, insurance companies, service providers in aftersales and more. Tasks **Responsibilities**: - Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that designs meet business and technical requirements - Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency in branding and user experience across products - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of the user experience - Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience as a UX UI Product Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment - Solid English skills are a must - Working language are German and English - You will be present at the office in Zurich and work partly remote - Swiss work permit mandatory **Benefits**: - You develop for us and we develop you Each of our employees has individual strengths and we build on these in a targeted manner. - Do you have an idea completely "outside the box"?
