UI / UX Designer

It uses the Insights Platform & AI Studio to gather all data points, automate search, analyze user behaviour and generate actionable insights tailor-made for each Knowledge Worker while defining simplicity and standardization standards to build AI projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design system on Figma. Create new components and update the existing ones as needed.
- Design simple and intuitive user experiences for features that power the Squirro Insight Engine Platform.
- Collaborate with focused engineering teams to understand the backend part of the features and create designs for optimum speed, performance, and flexibility of various platform components.
- Oversee the user experience of Squirro in-house Applications and Customer Projects.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers to understand business and customer requirements.
- Organize design workshops like user personas, journey mapping, usability tests, etc., to understand user needs and orchestrate design decisions.
- Build trust with the customers by delivering a great user experience.
- Create design concepts, UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Adhere to the style guide to deliver consistency in designs.
- Contribute to design knowledge base by dutiful documentation of designs produced through various stages.
- Work in unison with the team and share responsibilities toward realizing project goals.
- Produce quality work in a timely fashion and communicate your ideas effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 4 years of work experience in the UX/UI design field.
- Have experience working closely with other designers and engineers.
- Experience interacting and working together with the customers and end-user.
- Experience conducting user research and design workshops.
- Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Experience in creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes on Figma. You are a Figma Pro.
- Experience designing for different devices, screen resolutions, responsiveness, and integration environments to produce high-quality visual designs.
- Thorough knowledge of Google Material Design.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
- Work permit in Switzerland, which is a given for citizens of EU and EFTA member states.
