**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to EF’s product sites using Figma to prototype
- Create user friendly digital experiences for every aspect of our websites
- Research and evaluate user requirements, as well as test prototypes to deliver great user experiences by providing exceptional, intuitive and user-centered design solutions
- Work closely with creative, tech and marketing to create functional and appealing concepts and prototypes, following business goals and objectives
- Effectively present your work and make it understandable for key stakeholders
- Work closely with other designers, project managers, leads and stakeholders following design thinking principles to create customer centric sites to grow our business
- Create clear technical handovers for developers

**Key Requirements**
- Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies to exemplify your process and decision making especially on website projects
- Solid experience in creating prototypes using Figma
- Experience in running workshops and using design thinking methods
- Up-to-date with the latest UX methods, techniques, and technologies
- Having worked in an environment catering to many countries and nationalities
- High knowledge in accessibility standards
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
