Therefore our Bring app is used in millions of households to organize daily shopping, discover new delicious recipes and find the best local deals. Besides that, we help brands and retailers reach their customers with the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping. **About the role** As a UX Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to join us in a strong growth phase. Together with another UX Designers, you will responsible for all UX-related topics. You will report directly to our Head of Product. The role includes the following task: - You are responsible for the conception and visual design of our app Bring - You support the product and engineering leadership in discovery and ideation processes (user journeys, user interviews, customer journeys, and user experience mapping) - Through user research, usability testing and data analysis, you generate important user insights that serve as a basis for decision-making in product development. - You find creative solutions for our UX challenges, define the interaction model and evaluate its success. - You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the usability and consistency of the product **Requirements**: At Bring we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our customers communicate with consumers. Join our team if your skills and experience match the following point: - Experience in the design and conception of digital products - Bachelor or Master in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, Design, or equivalent experience - Profound knowledge in user research, UX and usability and High affinity for aesthetics and good branding - Very good knowledge of design and prototyping software (Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.) - Good understanding of app interface guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material Design) - You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English. **Benefits** Our value at Bring is to provide an open work culture that welcomes different perspectives and backgrounds.
