Taskbase, a rapidly growing ETH spinoff based in Zürich, is seeking a UX Designer to join our expanding international team. As a UX Designer at Taskbase, you will collaborate with Product & Engineering to optimize user interfaces for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Tasks
- Update existing designs and develop new designs in accordance with the specifications provided by the product team, adhering to our design system.
- Utilize UX writing skills to create clear and concise user interfaces.
- Manage and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Enhance the user experience and ensure our products are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Assist in conducting user research, performing usability evaluations to gather insights and improve designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UX/UI design.
- Expertise in Figma, including experience with components and design structure.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
- Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and performing usability evaluations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency level in English, German and other languages as a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
