Liiva is looking for a **UX Designer** that will become an integral part of the Product team and one of our Scrum teams. You will have the opportunity to shape our product from the ground up and create solutions for new features. This role is a good fit if you have already gathered some initial experiences with UX Design, work well with ambiguity, and are looking for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.
**Overview**
- Where_: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a fixed weekly possibility- How much_: the expected salary range is 85,000 - 110,000 CHF (exceptions are made to allow for the best overall/skills fit)

**Responsibilities**
- Generate ideas, create prototypes and wireframes for the most promising concepts
- Convert your prototypes into intuitive, high-fidelity designs
- Conduct usability testing to improve user experience of core functionalities & new features
- Communicate your design solutions to engineers and other stakeholders
- Assure quality of implemented designs
- Support with user research to identify pain points and understand user requirements
- Closely collaborate with our UX Lead to help build out our design processes, tools, and culture

**Requirements**:

- Must Haves:_
- Experience with Figma for design & prototyping work
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Analytical mind with a people-oriented approach
- Fluent in English (our company language); German and additional languages are a plus
- Nice-To-Haves:_
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Knowledge of design thinking methods
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- BSc in Visual/UX/Interaction Design, or other relevant Social, Communication & Technical Sciences
