We believe outstanding UX is a critical part of bringing our mission to life and are looking for an inspirational and experienced UX Design leader to join our Product team on this journey.

As a **Director of UX** you will define the UX vision and strategy for the end-to-end experience of frontline teams, build strong cross-functional partnerships and nurture a high-performing team to successfully deliver on the vision & strategy for the company and our customers.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Vision & Strategy**: Lead the development of UX strategy and methodology for the frontline software category (FLUX). Drive and execute the UX vision, strategy and goals. Continuously assess market trends, user insights and competitive landscape to inform decisions and have a material impact on company goals
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Partner closely with senior leadership (C-suite and peers) to foster great collaboration across teams and break down silos
- **Team leadership**: develop a world-class design team, coaching and empowering to lead solutions for the frontline teams across the full range of UX activities and processes
- **Advocacy and Innovation**:Represent the voice of the customer and the users in influencing company strategy and showcasing the ROI of UX. Drive and foster a culture of innovation to find and deliver an experience tailored to the pains and needs of frontline teams and that is a USP for the company
- **Scaling and PLG**: Identify and leverage opportunities to scale the organization and accelerate our product-led growth journey

**What we are looking for**:

- 10+ years of UX Design, 5+ years of leadership experience, several years of experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of success in:

- Balancing company, product, and user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy
- Hiring, growing & developing UX teams in a scaling B2B SaaS organization
- Great communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills: the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization, backed by qualitative and quantitative insights
- Results-oriented for the end-user AND the business
- Working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
- Collaborating with (Product) Marketing and go-to-market teams to position the Beekeeper solution and incorporating the market feedback into own work and team
- Scaling product experience and team in a fast moving environment
- Advancing customer and end-user research and discovery in a B2B context
- Surfacing the business value of UX

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with frontline-related products, customer and user needs
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Experience with product led growth
