**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research and determine the needs of our customers qualitatively and quantitatively
- Shape new features, find MVPs and iterate over them
- Create user stories and personas
- Communicate design solutions, process and UX flows to engineers and stakeholders
- Assist in writing and improving feature quality in the backlog
- Work closely with the team and stakeholders to make designs a reality
- Be a vital part of giving direction to our product

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in UX design for a customer-facing web app
- User-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, Invision, Principle, Miro and other research and testing tools to deliver your work
- Being self-driven, taking ownership and having strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Can be based in Zurich or willing to relocate or 100% remote
- UK, Swiss or EU passport / permit
- Comfortable working in Jira or similar Agile delivery tools

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- UI design experience or the ability to lead those designers
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge
- Use of analytics for data driven AB testing
- Working knowledge of German
