Our design team is passionate about creating intuitive interfaces that simplify complex decision-making processes.We are now looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape the user experience of our platform.What you'll doWith a focus on data modeling, data consumption, business process modeling, and decision making, we are looking for groundbreaking methods that make our customers feel at home on our platform.The complexity of the Natzka feature set makes this a challenging job that encourages you to think outside the box and create solutions which simplify this complexity.To achieve this, you research user habits, identify friction points, and translate insights into thoughtful concepts and prototypes.You will drive the design process from an initial idea through to a polished, high-quality product or feature, ensuring every step is grounded in user needs and aligned with our overall product direction.For the best user experience possible, you ask questions inside Natzka and out.Together with the highly skilled team of engineers at Natzka, you will build upon these foundations to bring the design vision to life.Your storyYou are an empathetic, pragmatic, and tech-savvy UX designer.You have 5+ years of design experience, including working on complex digital products and creating/maintaining design systems.You demonstrate strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.You have experience conducting user research, analyzing insights, and turning ideas into polished, end-to-end product experiences.You're expert-level proficient with design tools such as Figma.You have a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and scalable design solutions.You have experience working closely with software engineers.You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.You are fluent in English.You have a degree in a relevant design field.Even better ifYou have experience working with database engines and data modeling software.You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.We offer an attractive compensation based on experience and performance.Please send your complete application (including CV, reference, education and qualification certificates) per e-mail: Please kindly note that we only accept applications from direct candidates, no recruitment agencies.
