We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Responsibilities**:
Define the product strategy and roadmap of our crypto derivatives offering
Manage the product throughout its lifecycle
Collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
Assess pricing and revenue potential
Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval
Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
Develop core positioning and messaging for the product together with Marketing
Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships with key clients
Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives
Monitor, report, and improve product performance
Run trials and MVPs, develop, and deliver go to market launch plans
Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other channels
Use the vision and roadmap to provide Marketing with materials and documentation
Collate feedback from sales and customers
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
Subject matter expertise in derivatives financial markets, including but not limited to futures and options, especially in the crypto space. This should include specific industry and/ or technical knowledge about instrument valuation and familiar with the major Greeks
Experience with front-to-back trading workflow
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
