Manager Storytelling Design

The Corporate Communications department at Hilti needs a creative lead to join its passion-lead, purpose driven communications team. This person will manage the delivery of digital communication assets, driven by coherent and impactful, target group-specific design (still or animated digital and social media assets, event communications, photos, etc.). Based at Hilti's headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, this creative lead understands all elements of the design process from end-to-end, enjoys developing creative concepts and advising stakeholders on best practice executions and storytelling design. Being people-oriented and a great communicator is naturally in their blood.

- You know how to tell a story, on any platform, to inspire and drive engagement.
- You have a pulse on creative design trends in digital and social communications, while executing according to well-established brand guidelines.
- You develop content with creative sensibility, are hands-on in creative direction and design production, ensuring final output is on-brand, relevant, coherent and best-in-class.
- You establish and lead design quality assurance across Hilti's corporate communications channels.

- You actively manage relationships with freelancers, agencies and internal departments, establishing best-in-class briefing processes for impactful creative work

**What you need is**:

- 6+ years of brand/design/creative agency experience;
- sound experience in storytelling, leading and coaching a professional design team a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Brand/Marketing Communication, Graphic or Communication Design
- Ability to develop engaging, smart creative ideas that engage and lead to measurable results
- Profound knowledge of art direction and strategic design in the digital space; animation skills a plus
- Professional, hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of the production (life-)cycle, including pre-production, editing and final content asset delivery
- Project management skills; delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally
- Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written, German is a plus)
