WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- A Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on timber and structural design, ideally complemented by a Ph.D. Thesis
- 3-5 years experience in the construction industry, including at least 2 years as a structural design engineer
- Strong interactive skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- An innovative mindset and a will to outperform
- Fluency in spoken and written English and ideally also German
