Global Service Owner Bim Services

**What's the role?**:
As a Global Service Owner of Integrated Design Services (BIM and Plant Design) you strategically drive the development of BIM and Plant Design Services in Hilti and contribute in making Hilti the preferred choice for our customers when it comes to BIM and Integrated Project Solutions (including Prefabrication, Digital-to-Field, etc.) across the construction process from planning and design to the construction and maintenance phase. This happens in close collaboration with our international BIM Competence Center, Energy & Industry business team and Hilti market Regions.

**What does the role involve?**:
In our new business unit F&P Solutions, we focus on the customer needs along the value chain to deliver a differentiated and customer-oriented solution offering (software and services). As a Global Service Owner responsible for Integrated Design Services, you closely work together with multiple functions in the organization as well as with our customers to develop, introduce and maintain highly differentiated services related to BIM and Plant Design. You will manage projects with a cross-functional team to enlarge our service offering or to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of existing services with strong focus on service quality and service customer satisfaction. An additional key aspect is to develop and execute service performer competence concept in the market.

Business Unit F&P Solutions develops innovative solutions to improve productivity, safety and sustainability in construction. Our goal is to increase our customer’s profitability with total system solutions by combining hardware, software and services. BIM and Prefabrication are our strategic priorities, and we aim to lead in providing integrated project solutions leveraging BIM. **What you need is**:

- Master’s in civil or mechanical engineering with proven working experience in a global company
- Knowledge or experience in BIM process and system (Revit, Aveva, etc.) is preferred
- MBA or Business Management experience is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in areas of product or service management, engineering and project management
- High energy level, eager to learn and able to work in a structured and self-reliant way
- Strong team player mindset, ability to work within a matrix organization and proven stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English with willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
