**What's the role?**:
As Global Process Excellence Manager, you are a key driver for the definition and implementation of the right methods and platforms which assists our business partners in striving for excellent business processes and great customer experience. You act as a strategic partner and advisor providing guidance and support to the established Global Process and Customer Journey organization.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will support and advise the Process and Customer Journey organization in striving for excellent, compliant, and customer-centric processes in all business areas that will enable Hilti to drive its ambitions in terms of customer and employee experience. You will identify and implement in close partnership with all affected business areas the best methods and techniques how to manage and improve business processes in terms of a positive customer experience (CX) impact. You will enhance data driven journey and process management and boost actively the establishment of journey to process analytics techniques linking experience and operational data. You will lay the foundation for a modern Business Process Excellence approach that supports the Process and Customer Journey organization with state-of-the-art methods and techniques such as Process Mining and Process Automation. You will strongly assist journey-oriented process improvement initiatives on global level and in the Market Regions & Organizations. In addition, you will establish and drive change management programs for Journey and Process improvements. **What you need is**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Science
- Proven experience in strategic Business Process Management, Process Governance and Strategy Development ideally from corporate matrix environment
- Experience in leading corporate cross-functional teams in the field of Quality and Process Management
- Experience with CX related methods and approaches, like customer journeys (nice to have)
- Project and Change Management experience in the context of quality and process management systems is a plus
- Experience in Process Management platforms, process data analysis (knowledge of Process Mining is a plus)
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma would be an added advantage
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), multi-lingual preferred
