Global Strategic Project and Process Manager

The purpose of this role is to define, design and optimize the indirect procurement processes. You will standardize our processes and digital solution landscape to reach utmost efficiency and compliance.

**What does the role involve?**:
You oversee the global definition of our process and system landscape in Procurement Indirect Materials. Your responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing solutions to improve process efficiency, data transparency and compliance with state-of-the-art technologies like SAP ARIBA. You orchestrate our Regional Finance and Procurement teams across the globe to provide a standardized global framework. You ensure that we have the right technologies in place and leverage their usage across all Hilti organisations. It is expected that you train yourself to gain a deep understanding of our system landscape in order to become a driving force of our digital transformation journey.

You identify improvement potentials, analyze requirements, and propose global sustainable solutions. You take on global implementation projects and drive solution adoption in your area of responsibility.

We spend over one billion Swiss francs a year on indirect materials. Management attention is high and we seek to deliver above expectations.

**What you need is**:

- Master studies in the field of supply chain, technology, or business administration; MBA is a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience with expertise in project management
- Profound MS Offices skills; high level or affinity of IT systems such as SAP S/HANA and SAP ARIBA
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
