Global Process Manager Materials Management

**What's the role?**:
You will contribute to our value creation and operational performance/excellence through the continuous improvement of our global replenishment/materials-management processes. You will lead projects and will be the global process owner for our worldwide replenishment flows. Additionally, you will coach and support our global markets and Business Units in their process excellence journey and work/collaborate closely together with other corporate functions like customs, tax, IT.

**What does the role involve?**:
Within this role you will be a key driver in the definition and implementation of Global replenishment roadmaps, especially in Global materials management. As main Single Point of Contact for our markets and business units you will be involved in coaching and supporting organizations in processes and system’s usage while defining and implementing impactful initiatives and continuous improvement projects. You will report on the progress of KPIs, suggest and support local/global improvement actions, lead workshops/projects with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (e.g., consultants, software providers ). You will be a strong partner for the IT organization in operational enhancement activities.

Be part of an international and diverse team with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics processes. The team has a Global scope and interacts with Markets/Regional teams, Business Units, Plants, IT and external stakeholders (Universities, Consultancy etc ).

**What you need is**:

- 5+ years’ experience in supply-chain position. Previous involvement in a Global or Regional role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with large/complex change management projects/initiatives definition and implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment, a proactive working style and a “getting things done” approach
- Strong analytical skills, designing, building, and communicating reporting tools
- IT affinity and ability to understand the SCM systems’ landscape and/or analytical tools. (SAP-S4, APO or other, PowerBI, SAP SAC)
- Master’s degree in economics and/or Supply Chain management
- Project management certification is a plus
- Lean methodology certification is a plus
- You are fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
