Global Service Manager Digital Engineering Services

**What's the role?**:
The purpose of Global Service Manager role is to develop, maintain and continuously improve processes, documents and supporting software for Digital enabled Engineering Services (Calculation, Quotation, Engineering Judgements, etc.) in Hilti Market Organizations. This happens in close collaboration with Marketing and Software Delivery teams as well as other Hilti units like, IT, Digital Marketing and hardware Business Units. The Global Service Manager is part of the core team and focused on detailing requirements, operational excellence and service execution including Service Provider training to execute the Service Roadmap as one team.

**What does the role involve?**:

- You define and detail end-to-end service process / workflow and document it as part of the detailed Service Blueprint and Customer Journey. You work closely with Product Manager, Global Service Owner and Markets to detail high level requirements and explain it to the software development team during the Service development process. You provide service documentation and execution material incl. legal checks according to the Service-TTM guideline. You foster the service competence by keeping the service documentation up-to date and implementing a sustainable competence training for our Market Organizations which execute the service (Service Provider Competence Concept). With regards to customer satisfaction, you drive continuous improvement of the service regarding quality, efficiency and effectiveness together with Marketing and Quality. You manage Service-TTMs as project manager and indirectly guide international cross functional project teams to roll out current services to additional markets.Business Unit F&P Solutions develops innovative solutions to improve productivity, safety and sustainability in construction. **What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering (if you have engineering experience in construction industry is a plus)
- Matured experience in a global company in areas of product or service management, business process or project management.
- Experience and knowledge in defining Digital customer journey / workflow, business process management and interest in working on Digital / Software topics
- Advanced project management and strong analytical skills
- Very good communication and presentations skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
