Global Roll Out Success Manager

**What's the role?**:
In this role, you are responsible for the overall Market Reach roll-out roadmap and successful transformations of Market Reach organizational/process changes and system solutions to all the regions through close collaboration with all relevant business units, global IT, competence centers and all the regions.

**What does the role involve?**:
You play a key role in aligning program managers, agile development (scrum) product owners and all stakeholders in global business and regions on one common master plan to ensure systematic and scalable global roll outs with a strong impact on customer and employee experience.
Together with the change management team in strategic marketing you define how the global roll out is embedded in the overall change management concepts of our strategic marketing programs and solutions.

Your work starts with to roll out of pilots, deriving key learnings and insights from the pilot roll out and deriving a global roll out concept for specific solutions. Based on the plans for specific solutions and user groups you build an overarching roll out masterplan for a consistent, systematic and scalable global roll out for all market reach solutions and user groups.

You will roll-out key initiatives in collaboration with the regional stakeholders from the regions to all the Market Reach users. You will also need to form and lead several global roll-out teams to implement the key initiatives and drive impact with all the regions and key stakeholders from global and competence centers. You will actively review, further refine and improve the Global Roll-out plan and approach to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of roll-out and success management.

**What you need is**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management or Engineering
- +10 years in project management with a proven track record in software development projects and implementation of large-scale transformational CRM projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams, to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
and agile & waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to simplify
- Fluency in spoken and written English
