As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for the global portfolio of point and line laser tools. You will define the products' vision and own the roadmap together with your technical counterparts. You will work closely with our development team, with customers, with our sales organisation and with external business partners.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will have ownership of a portfolio of tools within our global marketing team in our Headquarters. You will define and develop the strategy and roadmap to address construction worker’s pain points when doing layout work in interior construction trades. You will continuously work with customers, with our marketing and sales colleagues around the world, and with our development teams. Your work will vary a lot, from the analysis of customers’ needs to shape the vision of a new product, to building up a marketing strategy in preparation of a product launch and teaming up with our marketing colleagues in the sales organizations to drive sales of our existing portfolio. You will be visiting jobsites and customers around the world, be the first to try and demonstrate new prototypes and sit in front of the management to convince them of your strategic choice.

Business Unit Measuring is at the forefront of innovation, delivering products and solutions that help our customers be more productive, from total stations to drilling robot, our products drive strong customer engagement. **What you need is**:

- A master’s degree in engineering with an MBA from a leading business school.
- Proven expertise in a B2B industry, in sales, business development, or marketing related role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence in wide data sets and craft implementable solutions.
- Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills, and excellent communication across organizational levels.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages highly valued.
