Global Product Manager Direct Fastening

**What's the role?**:
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating the vision of our next iconic nailing solution, writing the next page of our innovation story after flagship DX 6, BX tools and others in the making. You will define the products' vision and own the roadmap together with your technical counterparts. You will work closely with our development team, with customers, with our sales organisation and with external business partners.

**What you need is**:

- A Master’s degree in Engineering with an MBA from a leading business school.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the construction industry, in a business development or marketing related role.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence in wide data sets and craft implementable solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and a team player.
- You are a great communicator, good at telling stories to audiences and to build bridges with stakeholders, including top management levels.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages highly valued.
