**What's the role?**:
This Manager describes the Bid and Contracts Process for Large Projects.
Within this scope the role manages all commercial and financial topics including risk management. The defined process then will be established and implemented in the Global Hilti world.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Establish and enforce bidding/tendering framework with guidelines
- Develop commercial risk mitigation approach with Legal counterparts resulting in a clear global governance process to review contractual terms and conditions
- Build an internal approval process for bid submission and update stakeholders on aspects of the bid
- Lead commercial and contract terms and processes and support negotiations
- Develop and introduce a know-how transfer framework to build up competence of regional contracts managers

You will be an instrumental part of the new strategic initiative Large Projects.

**What you need is**:

- Experienced Bid and Proposals Manager with the passion and ability to transfer this know-how into buildup of a state-of-the-art B&P Management for Hilti dealing with Large Construction Projects
- Coming from company with relevant similar project management understanding and experience
- Experienced in preparing bids and part of financial commercial negotiations
- Conceptually strong, with passion to develop and implement processes
