Legal Counsel (f/m) (80-100%)
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, draft and review contracts (commercial, employment contracts, etc.) and other corporate documents;
- Ensure compliance of corporate acts with the local law;
- Ensure companies’ compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code and other laws and regulations, observance of employees’ rights;
- Enforce data privacy protection measures, including personal data of clients and employees;
- Resolve, both on your own and in cooperation with third-party lawyers, issues related to corporate, tax and patent law, intellectual property protection, and economic sanctions regime;
- Organize and conduct due diligence to check counterparties in compliance with international standards of AML/CFT;
- Work with banks on compliance issues;
- Provide legal support for all corporate operations;
- Draft legal opinions on various aspects of the company’s activities;
- Prepare official letters to third parties and organize notarization.
**Requirements**:
- Completed Law Degree;
- At least 3 years of work experience in European or English law;
- Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law, knowledge of tax law, patent law, and intellectual property protection will be a plus;
- Fluent English, good knowledge of German and Russian;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management;
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid permit to working in Switzerland.
