THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced ICT & Media Legal Counsel for a leading sports and entertainment organization in Switzerland. The Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with legal and business teams to provide legal advice on ICT-related agreements, draft and negotiate contracts for media services, support digital and data-driven initiatives, and assist with content licensing and procurement compliance. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise on corporate and event-related ICT supply and implementation agreements, including support for tenders and contract negotiations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for media services across digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.Provide legal support for consumer data-driven initiatives and related CRM service agreements.Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.Advise on legal aspects of technology and data procurement for operational and educational purposes.Support the licensing of content and other commercial legal matters.Collaborate closely with legal and cross-functional teams to promote consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.YOUR PROFILE
University degree in lawMinimum of approximately three years of experience as a commercial lawyer Have knowledge of and experience with advising on and drafting commercial contracts related to ICT use, media, and supply mattersCapable of working effectively within diverse, multi-functional, and multicultural teamsFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
