The Senior Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in advising on regulatory matters related to cross-border banking, as well as in the transaction structuring for credit and financing agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Legal and General Counsel.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a legal advisor to the private bank and coordinate closely with the Head of Legal and General CounselProvide legal advice on cross-border banking mattersEngage as a legal advisor to support in scoping and structuring credit and financing agreements for both corporate and private clientsMaintain a thorough understanding of associated regulations and legal requirements related to the private bank's business practicesYOUR PROFILE:Senior Legal Counsel with 7-10 years of experience; proven experience in private banking is essential for this roleExperience in advising on legal risks related to cross-border banking practices, particularly in sophisticated credit and financing agreements structured in Switzerland or LuxembourgExcellent drafting and communication skills, with a strong attention to detailFluency in English, both written and verbal; German language skills would be beneficialMust be highly organized and efficient, with the ability to drive projects and deliver against set timelinesHigh-quality collaboration skills in a team-oriented environmentHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
