In this role, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide critical legal support for the DACH region, with a strong focus on commercial contracting, while working closely with cross-functional business units. This position reports directly to the Head of Legal. Fluency in both English and German is required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review, and negotiate a broad array of SaaS agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and licensing terms.Advise on legal and regulatory compliance for SaaS products, with a focus on GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to support contract negotiations, address customer inquiries.YOUR PROFILECommercially trained lawyer with 5+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or ICT sectors.Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting.Strong ability to work within a global organization and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
