The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support and advice in areas critical to the company's franchise. The Senior Legal Counsel will liaise with various stakeholders and support different aspects of healthcare, regulatory, and pharmaceutical law. The Senior Legal Counsel will report to the Head of Legal. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOffer guidance on prescription medicines, ensuring compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical lawsExamine and approve scientific and promotional materials, in addition to overseeing global projects and initiativesOversee contract management and negotiations to support business operationsProvide legal advice on competition law, data privacy, and other relevant legal matters pertaining to prescription medicinesYOUR PROFILELawyer with prior experience in healthcare, regulatory, and pharmaceutical law; in-house legal experience in Switzerland within the life sciences sector is preferredProven track record of delivering strategic legal advice within the pharmaceutical industryExperience in working with international teams and managing complex legal issuesExcellent drafting and communication skills, with keen attention to detailFluent in English, both written and spokenHighly organized, efficient, and hardworking, with the capability to drive projects forward and meet set deadlinesHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
