The successful candidate will provide legal advice to senior management, draft and negotiate legal agreements in the cryptocurrency environment, and lead project management for regulatory initiatives.Responsibilities:Offering proactive legal and regulatory guidance to senior leadership, relationship managers, and business teams on relevant matters, while maintaining communication with external counselDrafting, organizing, and negotiating legal agreements with clients and suppliers in the cryptocurrency and technology sectorsLeading project management for legal and regulatory projects, as well as overseeing corporate mattersAssessing the legality and regulatory compliance of new and innovative products and servicesCreating and updating legal directives, standard agreements, forms, and general terms and conditionsKeeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes in Switzerland and implementing necessary modificationsQualifications:Lawyer with a minimum of 5 year's relevant experience; experience in the banking, crypto, and financial services is of strong advantageKnowledge with investment products and regulatory aspectsFluent in English and German, both written and verbalExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailAbility to think around a more nuanced and complex international setupPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates with an EU valid work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
