**(Junior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) 80-100%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen in rechtlichen Belangen im Tagesgeschäft
- Juristische Begleitung bei der Produktentwicklung (Schwerpunkt)
- Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen rechtlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Versicherungsvertrags-, Versicherungsaufsichts
- und Steuerrecht
- Begleitung von gerichtlichen und aussergerichtlichen Streitfällen und Verfahren
- Schnittstelle zu externen Anwaltskanzleien
- Fachlicher Austausch mit dem General Counsel der Gesellschaft

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Juristischer Abschluss von einer Schweizer oder deutschen Universität, ein Rechtsanwaltspatent oder entsprechender ausländischer Abschluss ist ein Plus
- Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil, alternativ Interesse, sich in Versicherungsthemen einzuarbeiten
- Generalistische Ausrichtung mit gutem Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Zusammenhänge
- Hohe Leistungs
- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie eine kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
