THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in supporting TechOps for a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The role involves leading legal workstreams for technical projects, M&A transactions, and licensing deals. The successful candidate will also negotiate complex commercial contracts and provide legal advice on operational agreements. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal counsel on operational contracts, including supply chain and manufacturing agreementsLead legal workstreams for technical projects, M&A transactions, and licensing dealsNegotiate complex commercial contracts and manage related disputesOffer clear legal guidance to support strategic and operational decision-makingReview and advise on agreements involving digital platforms and technologies, ensuring data privacy complianceCollaborate closely with senior legal leadership on diverse legal matters tied to business operations

 YOUR PROFILE
Master of Law, preferably admitted to the bar in Switzerland or another EU jurisdictionMinimum of 7–10 years of relevant legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in an international settingDemonstrated expertise in legal support for Technical Operations, including contract negotiation and project leadershipExperience advising on IT-related agreements and data privacy compliance is a strong advantageFluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languagesHOW TO APPLY
