We are currently seeking General Legal Counsel (m/w/d) to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

**Responsibilities**:
Providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate legal matters in an international environment.
Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing agreements.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
University degree in law.Swiss qualification is a must.
3+ year experience as a General Counsel with corporate or commercial law within an in-house or law firm position.
Strong contracting or corporate legal skills including, but not limited to, data protection.
Fluency in English; German is a must.
Ability to take on large international projects.
